Water sources

In the estate there are 2 registered and tapped springs, which provide enough water all year round. In almost 25 years we never have water problems. One spring is located on the property of the finca see site plan and the other about 50 m away but still inside the fence. The surplus water is stored in tanks and also delivered to surrounding fincas. For the two fincas on the property, the water is pumped to a tank on the mountain, so there is enough pressure on the pipe. In 2018 have sold the upper finca and it is the contract that the water supply is organized and maintained together.

Precipitation amounts

We have kept records of rainfall for the last 20 years, which show that there is no need to fear drought here. It even snows more often than in Kraichgau, where we will move after the sale.
